Day 1
Everyone were suppose to meet at CHANGI AIRPORT at 6.45am...which is like damn early. Checked attendance,
had a talk from Mr Koh CM,
checked in luggage and took a group photo with parents.
After around 45 mins we checked in and got on board.
still remmeber the flight number MI 412...haha!had to sit with FAD-timah and Jeremy.
after like 15mins, food was serve!!!haha...was very impatient cause i was damn damn hungry and i didnt eat my breakfast.the food was sooo nice...CHICKEN CURRY!
after eating, listen to music for awhile and slept for less than 1 hr.
after the 5hrs ride on air, we finally reach NEPAL!!!
first thing when we got out of the plan is that we feel the cooling breeze...damn shiock lah!
then had a bus ride to our hotel, SUN AND SNOW HOTEL! i love the hotel lah...so nice.
shared the room with WOLFgang and Maxine... irritated WOLFgang like alot.
had a briefing and move on to have our shower and then dinner....zzzz.
blackout halfway through lor, luckily not during the shower time.
had like a so called candle light dinner as there wasnt any lights on...blackout for like 2 hrs, i tink. then had star gazing....nvr seen as much star in SG. at night it was like so so so cold lah!
especially when there's wind...even worst.
got back to our room and we started to crack jokes among each other...
i forgot to mention that our room is connected to leong put put, claudia and yong song song's room.. yong song2 then started to touch touch me like some retard and she thinks that i will get seduce by her...zzzz.she was like doing things which u all wouldnt want to know..
leong put2 was like laughing like crazy,i seriously just cant explain it lah.
we were too noisy that we ended up getting scolded by the sec 4s, so decided to sleep lor.
thats the end of the day...
Day 2
Woke up in the morning and packed everything to move to another hotel.
we then had breakfast at their garden...smoke was like coming out from our mouth as it was tooo cold.after that, we had our 4hrs trekking...well, obviously not 4hrs straight of walking lah. walked walked walked and walked for 2hrs then had lunch. there's this 3 kids followin us lah. the guides give them some food...i got a shocked when the kids were also bitting on the chicken bone itself. then we continue to trek until we reach a point where we take a bus to our next hotel...VIEW POINT HOTEL...well, it wasnt as good as the first hotel as there were alot of problems with the water system and electricity. we were actually from room 130 but ended up moving to room 207. rm 207 was nicer than 130.
Day 3
Had breakfast as usual...took a bus to a stop and started trekking to the sch that we gna to our community service. trekking was about 30mins...
had an opening ceremony, there was this 3 cute girls dancing...they were shaking their body off lah..teachers then joined them, was freaking funny when they dance lah!!!
then, we get ready for our nepali class...zzz.
was quite fun.
then had our lessons prepared to teach the kids there.
my group are inclusive of KARI-na, WOLFgang and amalina...
we had to teach children from class 1.forgot their age range...haha!
we seriously had no idea of how are we gonna teach them, since we are like not some freaking expert who speaks nepali language lah. most of the time we will always ask the teacher to tell the students to wad to do...easiest way ah.
we teach them how to sing the head and shoulders, knees and toes song and also how to write...we also gave them a notebook, pencil and a special gift for individual one.
after 30mins of teaching, we had our lunch and proceeded to our work.
my group A were suppose to dig a whole stretch of land...its like one end of the court to the other lah...dig like crazy, vent out my anger also ah.i felt like im quite overpowered when i was digging. nvr felt any better...but my back starts to ache lah.shit!
after that, we wash up and trekked up back to the bus.
showered and had dinner...and then briefing...had to do reflection lah.dots.
Day 4
Trekked down to sch again, did the usuals...nepali class, teaching and work. my group had to teach hygience and counting.
taught them how to brush teeth and wash hands.
one of the kids, bleed out when brushing the teeth lah, freaking scary when i see it...
then continued to washing hands...
eventually we used up the whole 1hr for the teaching to do on the hygience part and left out the counting...
we then continued on our unfinish digging.
Day 5
Did the usuals...like duh.
learn the dance step that we are gna show the kids there.its quite cool ah.
its like a mixture of the 3 diff ethnic group dance step lah...
after that went to sleep.
Day 6
Did the usuals but we had to teach the kids how to do the dance step...
they were like damn damn cute when they say...REMIX!!!
hhahah!though they were quite slow in capturing but they ended up getting the dance step lah.
We then had the closing ceremony...
before that there was a friendly match against the nepalis students...KRSS lost,but nvrmine.
they had a traditional dance of the TAMANG ppl...
then, we showed them our remix dance...
we then donated to them alot of stuff and also $50 from our payment to them.which is like $1600.
ended the day, with us taking photo with the kids...hug them, high 5 with them and shake hands.
Day 7
Moved to another hotel,HOTEL MANANG.
had our lunch and then SHOPPING!!!
SHOP FOR LIKE 3/4 hours....
alot of stuff there...but almost the same thing from every single shop.
bought stuff for family...first priority.
rest rest rest....then party at leong put2's rm,played cards and gossip, really did gossip.
Day 8
Had city tour...and we saw the KUMARI...which is some goddess person.
very cute lah...its like a small girl.
then went outside some temple and then proceeded to the airport....
but i DONT FEEL LIKE GOING BACK TO SG ....haiz,but too bad lor.
